Dr. Samson Jacob as a President for Pakistan and Africa.

The Baguio A.T.College approved by the Philippines Government, through its Commission on Higher Education Department to award bachelors, masters, and doctoral degrees.

This includes the basic Biblical and Theological knowledge, which enhances their understanding of God, His creation, and His will. This mission is carried out for resident student, all of whom have indicated their agreement with Baguio A.T. College's purpose, through a rigorous academic program and a structured socio-religious environment. It is carried out for external student, who may or may not espouse BATC' purpose, in a comparable academic program but without the socio-religious stricture of the resident community.
